They were favourites to go down, not sure if we are, but they managed to fight through big defeats and pulled a stunning run out of nowhere. If we can do that, then we could be heading for the Premier League. One thing though, I think we need a new manager... and soon!

ballso Posted 24 September 2010 Posted 24 September 2010 i'd like to think that was possible and be that optimistic, but i think we need a reality check. we're going nowhere at the moment and somethings got to give. at the moment we'll do well to break the slump we're in and get out of the relegation zone, let alone go on a run and steamroll sides, come on.

After 8 games we are 23rd, have 5 points and a GD of -11. Oh and lets not forget that is after playing a game more than everyone else. Very similar stats.

We were the only team to beat them in their first 8 games, they beat Newcastle and Forest. Our start is nothing like theirs.
