wellyfox Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 Leicester City have agreed a fee for South Africa international striker Bernard Parker. But City manager Sven-Goran Eriksson said he still had not decided to complete the deal. City have agreed a fee with Dutch side FC Twente for the 24-year-old, but Eriksson said he would decide this week whether or not to recruit Parker, who spent a spell on trail with City before Christmas. "That depends only on us, whether we decide to do the deal," he said. "The deal has been agreed and we are going to decide in the next couple of days if we are going to do it or not. "We have agreed a fee with FC Twente, and we will see." I am so confused why would you agree a deal then not be sure if you want to do it ??????????
KFS Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 It means that they have agreed a price, but Sven is still mulling over the player.
tomtom Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 Because of a possible 6 month ban hanging over the player ???? Could be waiting on the outcome ???
