cc_star Posted 20 January 2011 Posted 20 January 2011 http://www.lcfc.com/...2271424,00.html Leicester City left-back, Tom Kennedy has joined Peterborough United on loan for the rest of the season, after the two clubs agreed a deal. The 25-year-old defender has already spent time on loan at former club Rochdale this season and becomes one of Peterborough manager Darren Ferguson's first signings since he re-joined the club earlier this month. Kennedy has made just one league appearance since joining the Foxes from Rochdale in the summer, starting at left-back in City's 4-3 defeat away at Norwich City in September. He also started in the home victory over Macclesfield Town in the Carling Cup earlier in the campaign and has made further appearances for the club from the bench. Tom joins the Posh, who are currently lying fifth in the division, as they challenge for promotion from npower League One and will be available for their home fixture against Hartlepool United on Saturday. The deal is announced on the same day as another City left-back, Bruno Berner, has signed a new one-year contract extension with the club.
Bugg Posted 20 January 2011 Posted 20 January 2011 We seriously need another left back if Kennedy isn't coming back.

cc_star Posted 20 January 2011 Author Posted 20 January 2011 You have to say that at 25 it doesn't look great for his chances at playing in the (hopefully) upper reaches of the championship, it's very different to being a 21 year old on the verge of the 1st team Good luck to him though, he must be doing OK if Darren hasn't been on the phone to daddy to replace him.
