Some championship defensive stats

I have shown:

1. That the over the last three seasons the teams with the best defensive records have been promoted.

2. The average age of the back 5 (incl GK) who have made the most appearance for each club in that particular season

3. Didn't have time but also totted up that QPRs most consistant back 5 this season have approx 40 years of championship experience

The point is if we want to get promoted next season automatically (Should never aim for play-offs) we need more experience in the back line.....Quite simple f~## wit!!

1. You've not because you've only posted one team's record - there is no comparison at all, so how do we know the best? But i'm not taking issue with that anyway, it stands to reaon a team with the best defensive record would be up there - you're arguing that the teams with the best defensive record is directly linked to experience (which again, i'm not disagreeing with, but you're not showing it)

2. No, you've not - you've posted stats on 1 team for each season.

3. Cool, doesn't show anything, does it?

You've pulled up a select few stats that back up your point - it's hardly exhaustive is it? Not only that but 23 is a crazy low average age for a defence - i'd bet alot of money that, if i could be arsed, i could pull up the same stats you have for the teams that finished bottom of the league each of these years and "show" that the teams with the more experienced defences get relegated. So fine, call me whatever names you want, it doesn't change the fact that you're the moron in here.

Called using an invalid argument to arrive at a valid conclusion.

Obviously a bit of experience is needed in our back four - anyone who has seen us play in the past few weeks could tell you that, it is quite simple. But these stats have "shown" absolutely nothing.

Incidentally, i looked out my window this morning, i saw three red cars go past in a row, then i stopped looking. I concluded that only red cars travel down my road on Thursdays. Amazing what i have "shown" with my statistical analysis isn't it?
