Watford Ticket Query

Recommended Posts

Posted

I have bought tickets for the Watford game but have accidentally left them at my home in Hertfordshire having now come on holiday to Minehead.

I intended driving directly to the game on Monday from Minehead (I do not want to go via Hertfordshire as it is a longer trip).

Does anyone know if you turn up at the ticket office on Matchday can they reprint your tickets?

I would ring the TIcket Office but they have now closed until Monday which is a bit late for me to leave the decision about going home first.

I know this situation with a season ticket is you pay for the ticket on the day and get a refund when you provide the voucher for that game next time you go. Whether it is the same for individual match tickets, I wouldn't know. Presumably you don't go to all that many matches? So whether you could get the refund next season, or post them to the Ticket Office and get a cheque in return again I don't know.

I havn't helped too much as I don't know definate answers but it's gave you a few ideas to suggest! lol

Thanks Matt - yes I think you might be right.

Previously I had tickets for the Boxing Day game against Leeds but my son got the flu so we couldn't go. We got a refund after posting the tickets back.

My only concern with this is that - this late in the day - we may not got our preferred seats for the Watford game on Monday.

But if you can provide all information (I.e - Your ID, Where the tickets were posted to) I should think all that information is on the computer system and you may be able to get tickets for those seats.

As people have previously stated you'll either have to pay for some new tickets then you'll have within 14 days to refund your tickets for a full refund, but keep your match ticket stubs, or they'll just reprint them for you. I think it will be the first option so just make sure you take some money with you just incase.
