Fox in a Box Posted 9 June 2005 Posted 9 June 2005 Stephane Henchoz's, hes 30 and well he could do the job that Dublin was doing that leaves Dubin to play upfront. If he has been told he can leave then he wont command MEGA bucks. Striker Problem Solved aswell..

supedaj Posted 9 June 2005 Posted 9 June 2005 ditto - would be a good idea to get an experienced defender so that dublin could be used as the striker we need
Filbert_Ross Posted 9 June 2005 Posted 9 June 2005 Dublin isnt the answer up front, he played the 1st half of last season up front and was crap.

Too many are eager to cling on the fact he is from the town and that he is some kind of star. I wouldn't touch Henchoz either, he'll be off to Sunderland.
john_lcfc Posted 9 June 2005 Posted 9 June 2005 i think stephen would be a great signing as hes played for liverpool and would benefit the team IMHO
supedaj Posted 9 June 2005 Posted 9 June 2005 He was good alongside a leader - if we bought in an experienced defender it would be preferable to have someone who is quite vocal and can oragnise the defence. I dont think Henchoz can do that to be honest. He had Hyppia with him at Liverpool so they struck up a good partnership, Henchoz was very good at covering play alongside Hyppia. Whether he can do the business dropping down a league and whether he still has the desire to remains to be seen

Hullfox Posted 9 June 2005 Posted 9 June 2005 Henchoz's no good for us, he's got rosy cheeks and they'd just clash with the new away shirt.
Craig Posted 10 June 2005 Posted 10 June 2005 John Curtis played for Man U :w00t: 121523[/snapback] Rogers played for the mighty Forest :w00t: :w00t:
