broughtonblue Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 i know a lot of you on here don't live in leicester so dont get to attend many games so are not able to purchase a programme. in the ipswich programme the publishers had an advert for people who might want to subscribe. i thought some of you might be interested. i believe at £3 (the price of a pint) the match programme is good value. if any of you are interested the web site is www.opublishing.com, with this you get free p&p,all home games, all home cup games, friendlies and 15% off. the total cost is £75. seems a decent deal. p.s i have nothing to do with the publishing so haven't posted this for financial gain
NorthernFox Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Strange one this. I've been waiting for the subs section of O Publishing to be updated and now it has we are knowhere to be found... Tried ringing them but have just got a recorded message.

Ha, good point! I didn't do the maths, just thought it was good value for our fans further afield.
Itsthejoeker Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 We got a few away programmes through the post last season

Depends which way you look at it, postage will cost £1.50ish per programme because of weight so it is still a lot better deal than eBay for each one. 23 * 1.50 == 34.50 so...chuck in about 4 extra aways, not a bad deal if you can get it! Bigger problem is the megastore hasn't got any binders and the lad I spoke to had no idea whether they would be getting more in? Fooking frustrating.
Jagdinho Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 Postage aswell people. You get the before the day of the game!
NorthernFox Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Just a quick update on this, Sue from O Publishing got back to me and stated they WILL NOT be publishing Leicester's programmes for this coming season. Time to ring the club methinks...
Foxes1 Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 If anyone on here is interested I have one copy of the IK Sirius v Leicester City Friendly programme available £5.00 inc post/packing if interested email me on [email protected] first come first served.

The binders are a rip off anyway, my son keeps his in shoe boxes
NorthernFox Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Now I know i'm a bit of an anorak for collecting programmes, but how annoying is it to have made numerous phone calls to the club shop trying to get somebody to FFS offer the chance of a programme subscription for this season. I would love to be at every home game but this weekend alone is £210 for trains amd match tickets alone. You would think the club would ring you back after messages, requests for info etc. I'm still trying to give the club money. Very disappointed and pissed off. It seems that customer service is low on LCFC list.
thybluefox Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Northern, we get 2 free every game so I'm happy to set one aside for you.

But you can subscribe at. www.lcfcdirect.com (apparently!)
