ta-fc Posted 2 June 2011 Posted 2 June 2011 Now that we have a clearer picture of who's staying / going at our beloved Foxes I'd like a quick straw poll of how many players we need in defence, midfield, attack and goal. I'm not interested in the who or the how as there is enough speculation on the forum just the simple volumes... I'll average the results in a couple of weeks and re-distribute. Ash
londonfox_93 Posted 2 June 2011 Posted 2 June 2011 1 first choice keeper 4 defenders - RB and backup, LB, CB 2 midfielder - 1 CM/DM and a winger 2/3 strikers - depending on if we sell waghorn and howard

Hack Posted 3 June 2011 Posted 3 June 2011 2 x keepers. I don't believe Weale will want to stay as back up and request transfer. Logan will likely leave to a lower league team. 2 x right backs. No recognised RB in the club with Naughton back at Spurs and Lamey and Neilson told to look else where 2 x Centre Backs. Bamba, Hobbs? and Tunchev? only CB's at club 1 or 2 x Left Backs. Berner if still at club (Sven says he is wanted) only LB. Kennedy will likely be let go. 1 x Cent Mid. Wellens, Abe, King quality settled 3 in the middle. Moussa is a possible addition, but if he is going to play more likely plays wide. 2 x Wingers. Gallagher, Vassell, Dyer all used last year wide. Vassell more likely to play up top, Dyer out of favour. 2/3 x Strikers. Vassell only legit striker in team (not counting Howard who looks to be going) Seems a lot of players but clearly what is needed to mount a promotion challenge
