You could be correct as they didn't say how long it was when he was recruited - http://www.lcfc.com/page/LatestNews/0,,10274~2256416,00.html but as Sven has never, to my knowledge offered less than a 3 year contract to any of his 1st team squad i've assumed it's at least 3 years, as he signed in January it's more than likely 3.5 years to take him to the end of the season. But your guess is as good as mine until someone can prove for sure what it is.
