joelmurray Posted 7 September 2011 Posted 7 September 2011 I work at the University of Lincoln and we're becoming home to the Media Archive for Central England (MACE). I was interested and did a quick search of Leicester City which brought up a lot of archived footage of Leicester dating back to 1963 with the team getting on the coach to face Man Utd in the FA Cup final. It looks pretty interesting if you're into that kind of thing and although most of it is available by request only (as it's still only on film, stored here in Lincoln) there are some digitised pieces, like this article on Jock Wallace's sand mountains he used for training in 1978: http://bit.ly/nGjQT7. Pretty amazing, wonder if Sven would consider this training today... Doubt it. Either way, hope it's useful and interesting for some of you guys!

Is it possible that the mods could put them somewhere in a sticky topic so its easy to find and view again in the future? And add to it if anyone else has similar films.
