thorpefox Posted 19 November 2011 Posted 19 November 2011 Just been told that unless you hand your season ticket in prior to the game you miss, then you cant claim. apparently the new conditions of sale were anounced before a game over the tannoy and are in match day programes. didnt think i agreed to buy programs as part of my season ticket! What if you live miles away?, do you have to drive to the KP, hand in your ticket before the game you cant make?! its un-reasonable Joke, will be writing a letter of complaint and maybe send to the merc me thinks.

It's an absolute pain but it's been aired on here a number of times and on other foums, newspapers, emails to ST Holders (if you've ticked the appropriate 'send me news' box).

Ryanside Posted 19 November 2011 Posted 19 November 2011 It is a nightmare, I've missed 3 games this season and came across the same problem. Only this I can suggest is say you've missed the first 2-3 games of the season, that was before the terms changed and they will honour that
woddyuk Posted 19 November 2011 Posted 19 November 2011 What happened to electronic turnstiles or barcode readers/ scanners that could read the bar code on your season ticket ??? Even if handheld ones for staff on the gate to use. That way they would know which games you have attended ! What if you can t make a saturday game so post ticket back and then we have a tuesday night game and you dont get it back in time??? Cmon city sort the farce out

I'm too not happy about this. also if your ST gets lost in post then it gets expensive, the steward near where I sit recons the company that supplies the card readers has gone under .. if so this needs sorting. I am not sitting with my relations from Australia on Sunday ( its there first live game) because of this farce............ not happy
