Leicester City Player of the Year Awards

I've compiled a table of the Leicester City Player of the Year awards from 1987-88 to 2010-11, as voted for by members of the official Leicester City supporters club.

Does anyone know if the Awards were presented earlier than 1988, as I can't find any record of them?

Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Do you know how many members does the supporters club have on average?

so Elliott, Heskey, Lennon , Izzett and claridge didnt win it but Tiatto did.

Hence my question on their numbers which I would imagine is a relatively small %.

i saw a few of them in the K Weller Lounge at the end of last season,some right odd-balls

Ginettas mrs was moaning like fook cos people were still boozing in there and she wanted to get on with the awards

Hardly a grand achievement though, is it? Being voted the player of the season for us in 2005 was a bit like being voted the World's Tallest Midget.
