I haven't seen as many games as I'd have liked recently but seems to be going as expected so far to me. Nothing new to add that hasn't already been said really and it's hard not to talk in cliches about it! Fact is he needs to buy well in January and get more balance to the squad. I'd change to 4-3-3 personally but that's just me. I doubt he will.
