gwc Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Hi all, Saints fan in peace. Looking forward to a great game on Monday, just wanted to show you my website where I do a regular feature on ex-Saints in the next opposition's lineup. This time looking at one of Rupert Lowe's biggest victims, Nigel Pearson. http://wp.me/p1mFFL-hC Anyway, hope we get the right result on Monday, but then wish you all the best for the rest of the season! Cheers, georgeweahscousin
davieG Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Professional football management sure is a topsy turvy incestuous occupation.

Fox92 Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Nice read to be fair. I understand a lot of Southampton fans didn't want Pearson to leave, and it was harse considering he saved you from relegation, however, I also think he was on a good amount of wages there and didn't you get a whole backroom team in on Pearson's wages? It will be his first return, so I am sure he is looking forward to it although he will play it down. Oakley will not feature, but Mills will - both former players of course. Good luck for the rest of the season, apart from tomorow night. I like Nigel Adkins and I haven't got anything bad to say about Southampton as a football club. I still feel that Lallana, along with Noble at West Ham, are the best player's outside the Premier League.
