HEGGSY Posted 22 March 2012 Share Posted 22 March 2012 Right, I bought 3 tickets for me and 2 mate for the Hull game on Saturday, but one of them has dropped out due to a family commitment. So can I return the ticket and get my money back? I thought I'd ask on here, as I've just tried ringing the ticket office but can't get through Cheers. davieG Posted 22 March 2012 Share Posted 22 March 2012 I believe you can but send them an email for confirmation - [email protected] making sure you title in ticket refund or something similar.

lestajigs Posted 24 March 2012 Share Posted 24 March 2012 Take it bk 5 hours before the game and you get a full refund, as that what I've done for this game

Karljohn Posted 24 March 2012 Share Posted 24 March 2012 Ive done the same, it says 5 hours before but ive turned up at 2pm and got refunds. Wish the same could be said for my nephews season ticket which was returned with ten games left due to him working away, still waiting for a refund 8 weeks down the line. Seems like its run like a non league club at the moment what with the Chelsea priority debacle.
