Where would you draw the line?

So if you have EVER done ANY of those things... you can never be forgiven, never be allowed to work in your area of choice?

(by the way, do you have to have been caught doing it?... Im pretty confident that almost everyone has been racist at one time or another, as for drink driving...seriously, ask around, how many people have that little embarrassed laugh when they tell you they had to drive home after the party etc.)

It's not your right to forgive. Why don't you go and spout your forgiveness tripe to a member of the family of the people Lee Hughes killed with his drunk driving and running away. Or try telling the woman who was raped by Marlon King to put a sock in it and forgive him ? You would not have the bottle. As usual bleeding heart liberals like you think we should all think like you, well we don't . Yes we all make mistakes it's just the level we are talking about . Hughes should have done life for murder and King should have been castrated end of.

It's a tough one.

I'm not saying players have to be perfect, nobody is, but you'd want decent people representing the club.

I wouldn't feel comfortable supporting Marlon King.

If Hughes played for us is there anyone on here who would have cheered or clapped if he scored a goal ? just wondered.

All the circumstances surrounding the incident just point to him being a tw@ but he did serve his time show remorse and get counselling and meet with some of those affected by the crash, there is a point where you have to accept that he fvcked up made a mistake was punished and is now allowed to try and make something of his life again...

...then he gets charged with sexual assault.

Diouf is the interesting one for me, he has a past of numerous minor offences, including spitting at an 11 year-old fan, which is pretty low, but his only altercations with the law were when he was a teenager in France. The thing with Diouf is he never seems sorry for what he has done it just seems like it is only a matter of time before he loses it again.

Joey Barton and Andy Carroll are 2 who have had a troubled past but seem to have turned it around and are now putting all of their energy into football, do you think these are reformed characters and would you be happy with them pulling on a Leicester shirt?

Hughes disgusts me. He actually looks like a murderous rapist. I once threw a cherry drop at him which hit him and the look on his face still haunts me today. Perhaps that's what pushed him over the edge, who knows

Suarez, Terry, Marlon King, Hughes... No

Giggs, Colly & others yes... think it comes down to character, are they humble, sorry, contrite etc

Without wanting to open up a can of worms, but, correct me if I'm wrong, what has JT actually been found guilty of as yet? Granted he may/will do, but the others on that list are all proven guilty of whats been accused!

Obviously, everyone knows Lee Hughes prefers fruit pastilles!

He once parked his Bentley in a disabled spot!!!

He is another of those footballers who you just get the impression he thinks he is better than everyone else and can do what he wants because he can kick a ball better, the incident with Wayne Bridge's girlfriend was bad enough and the whole Anton Ferdinand racism case is only still ongoing because he is John Terry anybody else would have been in court and had it dealt with by now.
