Christoph Posted 24 April 2012 Posted 24 April 2012 What's wrong with letting them off the lead if they have a muzzle on? Safe for all parties. I keep a muzzle on my dog when I walk him as he's pretty aggressive around other dogs but when he has a muzzle on, he knows he can't do anything and keeps to himself.

About the blind chap who was issued a £80.00 ticket by over zealous wardens for his dog fouling even though he couldnt obviously see the dog do it? Amazing what a bit of good old fashioned humanity does!!!!
