Speculation has today linked the Leicester boss with a move for Plymouth left-back Peter Gilbert. But while Levein was keeping tight lipped on his targets, he did confirm that he hoped to have taken his tally of summer signings to eight ahead of Sunday's pre-season friendly fixture against Boston United at York Street. He said: "We are still looking at things on the transfer front. Deals have dragged on, but not through any fault of our own. I am hopeful that we will see some new faces at the Walkers Stadium over the next couple of days. "Some of the transfers over the summer have been fairly straight forward, but others, such as the two players we are trying to bring in at the moment, have been pretty difficult.
