Leicester_lad_92 Posted 29 April 2013 Share Posted 29 April 2013 A lot of fans wanting instant success, but it just doesn't happen like that especially in this division, can understand disappointment that we look as tho' we're going to fall short, but we aren't a bad side and Nigel's not a bad manager at all, we've had a lot to deal with this season. If we can get rid of the dead wood & add a bit more steal, and with our young side we can only improve on our highest position in 10 years!! (Other than Nigel's playoff side) LTID
Kyle_Le_Don Posted 29 April 2013 Share Posted 29 April 2013 Too much pressure for the young lads another season together and couple of additions don't sound too bad to me.

dog_4 Posted 29 April 2013 Share Posted 29 April 2013 His squad is the 3 rd youngest in the football league. All the players he's fallen out with are all the high earners that aren't any good anyway. Very similar at Hull where he fell out with Bullard and Olifinjana both on 40k a week and he actually tried to sign Danns at Hull, So he rates him but needs him off the books. It takes time, but it looks like its finally coming to fruition. These players will go and there are alot of better players out of contract in the summer. So keep calm
Banks Posted 29 April 2013 Share Posted 29 April 2013 We've given him enough time, he's had a whole season, and still hasn't delivered. Hope the Thais send him packing, ****ing boring ****.

(Other than Nigel's playoff side) LTID We had the pick of the fvckin players in the championship the owners gave Pearson all the backing any manager could ask for. We all know what was said to him GET US PROMOTED. Do that and you are a hero, anything else is FAILURE..... There is no way on earth Pearson will get a extended contract he is a failure, So you Pearson supporters are just talking out your arses. Its time to move on and stop clinging on to a fvckin manager who has done nothing in his 30 months as Leicester City manager...LOOK TO THE FUTURE FFS!!!!!!!!! Leicester_lad_92 Posted 29 April 2013 Author Share Posted 29 April 2013 But this is my opinion and we've chopped and changed for 10 years and have gone nowhere, now we finally have a side that is young and hungry and actually has talent, add a few quality players in the summer and get rid of the remaining big wages and personalities & Nigel will have built us a very good side, we haven't been beaten by more than 1 goal (other than Barnsley) this season or shipped in 3 at any stage? Look at the bigger picture, at where our club is now compared to where it has been in recent years, and don't be so narrow minded over just 2/3 bad months. gerrytaggart Posted 30 April 2013 Share Posted 30 April 2013 i agree...IF we are still in the championship next season then a few quality signings could make all the difference. IT looks like NP is building for the future of the club with the type of players he signs and also with an eye towards FFP.

I agree mate:) can see Beckford, Danns, SSL, Wellens, Gally all off wage bill next season too, we haven't had the greatest strength in depth this year but a few more young buys added with some experience we'll be right up there for the whole campaign hopefully this time:) (if we r still in this league of course)
