Bluefoxtim Posted 28 July 2005 Posted 28 July 2005 He hasnt got one. He isnt in the first team squad so he hasnt been issued one
rossporterlc Posted 28 July 2005 Author Posted 28 July 2005 yeh my second name is porter so if he leaves it doesn't matter! i just got number 6 now anyway
Bluefoxtim Posted 28 July 2005 Posted 28 July 2005 Haha thats the worst thing, get a shirt for two years and the player you have on your shirt leaves after 3 months!
rossporterlc Posted 28 July 2005 Author Posted 28 July 2005 yeh i was going to get connolly but thought even if he left at the beginning oif next season i'm stuck with a shirt i can't wear
Little Nicky Posted 28 July 2005 Posted 28 July 2005 Or you get 1 with Hughes 5 on the back and he changes his number to 4, what a wolly I look
EmLeee Posted 28 July 2005 Posted 28 July 2005 I had Izzet 6 on the back of my last shirt - wore it for a whole season while he was still with us .... then he left and I was stuck with that shirt for last season.... not that it was a bad thing though
Anish Posted 28 July 2005 Posted 28 July 2005 Or you get 1 with Hughes 5 on the back and he changes his number to 4, what a wolly I look 145708 Did you manage to sell it on ebay then?
Cobbo Posted 28 July 2005 Posted 28 July 2005 Or you get 1 with Hughes 5 on the back and he changes his number to 4, what a wolly I look 145708 The club should bloody refund you for that, release the kit before the end of the season and then change the numbers close season, nice one tossers.

I had Lenny 7 on the back of my 1996 shirt in homage to Neil Lennon and id still wear it now. I think if you have a legend like Lineker or Walsh etc on the back then it looks kind of cool IMHO
