I asked a colleague who does most of the research why most stories came from the Indy and Guardian and whether that it makes the stories less credible, he said, Because they are the only papers that print stories on the subjects revolving around social issues and if other papers printed them they may have LESS credibility especially if the Sun printed them.

All papers print stories revolving around social issues, the Guardian and Independent just have a different bias.
