chrishlcfc Posted 9 November 2013 Posted 9 November 2013 I know this needs to go in the ticket thread but i need help a.s.a.p, i ordered a ticket online last night as i managed to get today off work but it won't let me print my e-ticket off. this is the 1st time i've brought a ticket off the website and i don't know what to do, has anyone encountered any problems before and could help in any way at all. any help would be much appreciated thanks. And before people say no im not a fairweather fan.

And before people say no im not a fairweather fan. What is the problem? can you not open it to print? what type of file is it? Are you trying to print and it won't print? Do you get any error messages? Is your printer switched on?

No it's on the actual website it says click here to go to print ticket, i click on it and it comes up with an error message saying "We've hit a problem".

I've been on the phone for 20 mins this morning and was unable to get through, i'll just have to go into the ticket office very early and try and sort it out i think.
