FoxesPlayer video quality

Just signed up to FoxesPlayer and I'm having some issues with video quality. I have pretty decent wi-fi speed yet even on high quality the picture is very pixellated. Any ideas from those who have had it longer?

Yeah the picture is rubbish, the service is rubbish, the company that run it are rubbish. Other than that it's great

Its decent for me when its on high quality.

I've asked it to be raised in the FCC meetings.

I've had it for a while and the picture quality is always rubbish. No idea why, they're obviously capable of putting the videos in a decent quality so god knows why the quality on FP is so bad.
