Neil_LCFC Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 No you have to swap them for another game. They will cancel your tickets so they wont work on the scanner and send new ones out.
Vlad the Fox Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 I did it for the Yeovil game for some tickets I'd got for the mrs and kids that they then realised they couldn't make. You need to ring them and explain what has happened though and you will need to take your tickets down to the stadium ASAP. We did do it pretty quickly after we had bought them. Hopefully you'll get the same girl the mrs spoke to.
Vicki Vixen Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 I asked for a refund for Derby home in the league since I was working away that week and they were happy to give me one, no questions asked. Seems like it depends who you speak to in the ticket office.
