Picking up tickets

Hi I'm going to pick up tickets tommorow for reading I was just wondering if I need to take anything with me as proof eg card I payed with

Probably best to take the payment card just in case. Seems to vary as to whether you need to show anything.

They usually - or should - ask for your address as confirmation too. Grab a gas bill or something to be on the safe side but usually it's just a case of confirming name & registered address

I think it's a bit lapse in that department,

 

I had to pick up my tickets a few weeks back, And all I got was

 

Clerk: "Surname?"

Me: "Knowles"   

Clerk:"are you blah blah blah road"

Me:"Yes"

Clerk:"Ok here you go"

 

Go find an empty seat (not the one your ticket represents) and you're away... Rediculous.
