DangerFox Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 I consider myself a, what some might call, non-plastic. I might not have had a season ticket every year but before I was playing competitive football myself, upto the age of 14, I went to every home game with my dad, when it was £1 for me to get in. ! Now 31, competitive football finished due to injury, I have got my first season ticket this year. The years when I was playing myself, I went to probably a third of matches. So a lifelong fan! I just think with all these new fans is going to give the ground that buzz, which I felt against Donny. Some of the other home games were great with L1 and the SK lot holding there own but with ground packed out on Saturday, the atmosphere was fantastic. Another thing is, it's brought more money into the club. I'm embracing the selling of the club all around the world like Thailand. Man Utd are a big team around the world and are one of, if not, the richest team in the world due to there international status. So let's embrace the new fans, plastic fans, foreign fans and new young fans who are going yo be the next L1 or Kop lot, and show them why it's great to be a LCFC fan!
stripeyfox Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 The real plastics, and therefore the people who should be the target of our collective ire, are the people who are born and raised in Leicester yet wonder round in Manchester City or Chelsea shirts.
