Shrenchel Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 That's actually the first time I've laughed all day, cheers geez.
Asha Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Tbh, Thracian would always have kept Leicester up if he were manager. It's clearly fooking obvious that Shush! would of scored 20 today given the chance.
Samilktray Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Its pretty obvious that Thracian does have a clue for the most part.
Jordan Posted 4 May 2008 Author Posted 4 May 2008 Just one Sheehan goal would have done nicely. I don't want to turn this into another argument thread and I certainly won't pick on Thracian--especially considering how this season finished--but if he were manager, things would have been better for two reasons: 1) The old guard failed this year and at least the younger players, on whom Leicester City will likely rely more next season in League One, would have been better-prepared for their task at hand next season with more experience and/or 2) The Anti-Thracian camp (or as it's also known, "FoxesTalk") would have had a field day bashing him for being too risky and neglecting the value of veteran players if Leicester did indeed get relegated with the young bunch. It'd be a win-win situation! l444ry's video said it all! I'm joking with #2, of course. Thracian gets a lot of stick here but a "third way" between his views and the more conservative perspective could have made at least some things work better this season.
Finnegan Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Closed for the good of the forum, and probably Thracian tbh. I can take a joke as much as the next guy, but this can only go to negative places.
