bare in mind hes only face 4 "saved" for shots the last 135mins(game and a half) and hes let in 6 goals, frankly that speaks volumes I honestly dont know how anyone can feel sorry or remotely defend him after yesterday or what we've seen of him in the 22/23 season

tbf a share of the blame is on the defence but some of it has to go on Ward too, he should have done better with all the goals let in on sunday

Im not going to clap and show love to the PM when hes doing a shit job am I as others have said and even the evidence he shouldnt be starting, the damage is done and still being done, from RVN's comments, hes not seem the shambles of Ward and his 22/23 season best interest, yeah we are playing to watch him make mistakes, hes still being paid £50+k a week......but lets cheer him

he shouldnt even be third choice for the wage hes on, third choice should be an U21/or an older keeper at most and the way he cant save anything we'll lose more than we'll draw or win with him being in the goal, as he isnt a premier league keeper

so we are basically losing every game because we have a keeper who cant make saves and has wrists made of paper? All due respect. Ward shouldnt be anywhere near the team or the matchday squad, I honestly cant remember the last good game he had for us where it wasnt a cup game for the sake of the club, himself and Us, he needs to go, be better for everyone

tbf given the state of Stoke as a club, that isnt much really to go on now is it, pretty sure Preston fans raved about him tbf; Championship sides have wanted him but we've ever not wanted to sell or wanted a stupid fee Iversen is a better keeper than Ward, in terms of shot stopping he certainly is, he showed that in the season we went down and came into the team, only aspect Ward is better is with his feet, and even then I'd say Iversen is probably on Kasper levels

Brighton have Tony Bloom analytics stuff that helps with transfer targets, they are always updating lists of targets etc im not sure regards Bournemouth but theyve found gems in the markets, think thats partly cos of RIchard Hughes(hes gone liverpool now) Brentford was sort of the moneyball way but theyve slowly got a decent network scouting wise, as for Fulham, they dont really find players if you look at them and their team, they are getting decent players who are performing incredibly well our clubs problem, we dont tape into certains markets, asia/south america for example.....we seem to have a massive hard on for the european market

tbf he was one of the reasons, you could tell within the first 4/5 games thats season he was out of his depth, games against Spurs and Brighton massively highlighted this

so ward has played 135mins of league football for us this season, let in 6 goals..... aint that like a goal every 22 mins or something?
