  1. think we might see them both on Sunday tbf
  2. really like really? so you expected us to win against Newcastle and Liverpool? the one stinker was the Wolves one i honestly dont know what you expect, i certainly dont think we'd have won under cooper against West Ham nor got a point against Brighton
  3. basically the team id go for, but maybe a curve ball to replace Mav I'd actually play Will Alves It wont happen but can dream i suppose
  4. im usually like that too, I saw today as a free hit, the performance on the whole looked alot better compared to the Wolves game, the defence looked more confident with JS in goal compared to Ward as i said earlier it was more about the performance today more than anything, a point would have been great but we've been crap at liverpool for a good number of years now even when we had a "decent side" its one of them grounds for us
  5. expected defeat, as frankly they are the best team in europe atm all about the performance, and from what i watched it was a step in the right direction after Sunday team looks far more confident with JS in goal not going to have an over reaction like some, cos well, we always seem to do shit at Liverpool regardless
  6. its night and day, the team look more confident without Ward in goal, ill die on this hill we had Jakob in goal against Wolves, we dont lose
  7. compared to under cooper we do
  8. what you expecting? us to to like prime man city or something? its Liverpool, if people expected us to get something here then i wonder about sanity we've not won at liverpool in a good number of years, even when we won the league we lost there tonight was more about the performance imo, cos this Liverpool is top of the league for a reason
  9. tbf if being realistic i think most would have taken this tonight, we havent got hammered, look like we could actually improve think it helps not having a make a wish keeper in goal too
  10. looks like the ref is on the liverpool payroll too
  11. the defence looks far more confident with Jakob in goal get Alves on for Ayew, 92min leveller from him
  12. and what about us? looks like we dont look half as shit
  13. ive not watched all of it, improved performance from them?
  14. tbf i didnt expect us to get anything tonight, all i want is a performance from the players, something to give us a bit of hope
  15. couldnt agree more, the guys confidence is well and truly shot
  16. if JS was fit for the wolves game im 100% sure we wouldnt have let in 3 thats for sure
  17. it is but how would they feel when Cunha potentially gets banned for say 5 games? its a real double edge sword atm, as for me hes the glue holding that Wolves team together
  18. true i just think hes like the whole glue of your team atm,
  19. well he needs to take some of the blame, as the managers/players/fans put a certain bit of faith in his abilities between the sticks and frankly hes not repaid than in the league at all and theres enough evidence to show any other keeper would have stopped some of the shots hes faced
  20. as Ive said, take Cunha out their team and they look incredibly average in every respect hes the one who makes them tick
  21. know people go on about stats and shit on here, you look at the stats from the wolves game(this and ours) they dont look like theyve improved massively, i know theyve got the results but feel like that could be said about us with RVN
  22. is it me or do Wolves look pretty meh if they didnt have Cunha?
  23. yeah but that bounce might not last, think everyone wanted rodgers gone in like October tbf, but thanks to EL Rudkin he stayed for longer
  24. like Joao Gomes for wolves here, hes committed 5 fouls already, and hes on a booking, surely the next one he should be off but way its going he wont be, talk about some luck
  25. we did, just the world cup, and we thought it was all clear etc wolves do look improved in terms of structure and organisation but theyve had some massive luck the past 2 games, plus their star man is still playing even tho he shouldnt be would be interesting to see how they get on without Cunha in their team, as if you take him out it feels like the massive cog it out of the wolves engine
