  1. thats why i thought someone like Brighton bidding £30mil for someone like KDH is a bit out of left field; it doesnt fit the brighton model imo
  2. Hermansen Ricky P Vester Faes JJ Winks KDH Yunus/Praet McAteer Cannon Mavididi Daka back on the bench too
  3. even better for me, we keep KDH, get Sensi and get him in the summer, actually smart for once from us imo things potentially looking more positive
  4. Brighton tested the waters, with a stupidly low bid, we rejected straight the way, rumours we want a fee closer to £40mil(same as Barnes) and I cant imagine Brighton would pay anywhere near that
  5. no surprise really, as I said its not been in Brighton transfer "way" to spend £30+mil on a 25yr old(26 in Sept), since the resale value wouldnt be good for them
  6. still be surprised if he went, think hes a shoe in for championship player of the season atm imo plus saying the club want a fee nearer 40mil
  7. they all do, none of them are 100% correct
  8. real question is, who would KDH replace in that Brighton starting 11 atm, for me he would be on their bench
  9. maybe we are selling Souttar instead
  10. im not one to completely believe the italian press. think Praet will be the one to move still its also a bit odd for a team like Brighton to spend that much on a 25yr old too, as for me his resale value wouldnt be close to what they pay for him
  11. would one of their highest fees, and they dont usually spend that much on players over a certain again, cos they dont have a massive amount of re-sale value
  12. just thought the same, theyve just signed Branco for £10mil and hes an incredibly good player, does seem off base for them to spend that much on KDH whos 25yr and wouldnt have much of a sell on value for them
  13. wheres @Sambiasso ?
  14. Brighton & Hove Albion (brightonandhovealbion.com) looking at Brighton's midfield, makes me wonder, no disrespect but i cant see where he'd fit in
  15. was thinking that, theyve got a pretty stacked midfield when you look at it, with some really good players in there too, he could easily go Brighton and not start
  16. given Brighton will be dealing with Whelan, I cant imagine we'll back down from £30mil+ given the position we are in the league etc and the fact we'll get alot more money from going up too
  17. Ive just added it to the OP
  18. im not sure its worth the trade off imo, we sell him now then the club really are stupid, as I said, summer i understand but now nope, as we cant get a replacement in, unless Sensi is the replacement
  19. summer id say, no way we'd let him go now
  20. no just no Brighton & Hove Albion are in negotiations with Leicester City to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. The 25-year-old midfielder has played a key role in his side’s rise to the Championship summit and that has generated interest from a host of clubs. Leicester want around £30million to sanction Dewsbury-Hall’s departure and although that is above Brighton’s valuation, talks are ongoing The Premier League team would like to add the Englishman to head coach Roberto De Zerbi’s squad, but only at a price they deem acceptable. If a compromise is reached and Dewsbury-Hall agrees to the move, it would be yet another impressive acquisition for the south coast team. There has been competition from suitors such as Brentford, however the chance of competing in Europe places Brighton in a stronger position. Among the other admirers of Dewsbury-Hall are Arsenal and Fulham, though Brighton are emerging as the leading contenders at present. Dewsbury-Hall’s Leicester contract runs until 2027.
  21. only one i think wont be near, since hes close to a move out
  22. thought we might have had this done before today, guess not, shame
  23. i dont think hes been happy sitting back taking the money, think hes wanted to leave for a while we've just not been pleased with the bids etc, plus going back home for him could be more comfortable for him and his family, plus Torino have probably moved onto other targets now, also i wouldnt call him a mistake per say, I'd put him in the Kramric fold, right club wrong time
  24. no way in hell we'll be able to get him, will take any team a pretty penny to get him too, then again most in there also thing Villa have a buy back on Philogene too
  25. dont get me wrong its a good run, but people need to remember some of the games within that run and teams they should have beaten but have drew with, like the Preston away when it finished 2-2, Southampton scored in the 96min to get a point they drew at home to Rotherham too, yeah not to mention the Plymouth game when they got some lucky with the lines man giving an offside when it wasnt(to Plymouth) and as Ric said, their run in looks pretty sticky, plus they have Leeds on the last day, would love it for Southampton to need a win for top 2 and they lose, inject it into my veins
