My dog is two years old now and when we first got him we put fireworks on YouTube and turned it up so it was loud. We used to put it on a few times a week for twenty minutes and now the fireworks don’t bother him in the slightest

I’m running the Leicester half tomorrow, hope to get sub 1.50. I know I am capable of doing it but it doesn’t matter what race I run I always go off way too fast and blow out. I need to be more disciplined

Bristol fans surprised me today, I thought they would of created more of an atmosphere

VAR killed football for me, celebrating a goal just didn’t feel the same anymore because you knew it would be checked and possibly disallowed. Like every fan I was gutted when we came down but am really enjoying the championship, end to end football and it being so unpredictable on the final result. I want Leicester to go on to win the league but the thought of the return to the premiership just takes the shine off it, I know it sounds mad because if we’re not going to go up what’s the point.
