It’s not just about being the gaffer is it the whole club needs sorting out and some people/players need putting in there place. The older managers will sort these issues and they’ve been there before, bags of experience as well. O’Neal has managed in the prem and I think he was harshly treated deserves another chance imo.

I’d take Dyche, wilder and O’Neal over him.

Nah I just think there’s better managers out of work that could help us better than he can. He might be ok but just see it as more of a gamble than the others.

Forgot all about O’Neil, done well to be fair since he started managing. I’d go for him over DR though bags more experience knows the leagues / players and he’s free.
