  1. I've been trying to put my finger on what our team reminds me of for a while and I think I've cracked it - we're AI slop. Our tactics, gameplan and decision making is straight from ChatGPT and Cifuentes is an AI-generated Spanish manager.

It looks ok at first glance or from a distance, but under any scrutiny you see the details are all wrong, misplaced, waffle or hallucinated.

  2. We'll have gone bust and dropped out of the Football League. AFC Leicester will be top of the Combined Counties or whatever it is. Someone off here will be doing time for murdering Rudkin - both they and Vardy will have stands named after them down at AFC.

No it’s not, I have a choice, that I will make as I see fit…..it was the EFL who struck the deal, we are 1/24th of that decision….reference changing landscape, it is cheaper for me to have a season ticket, with the option to attend or not, than buy tickets on an ad hoc basis…..now not got there yet, but an empty seat isn’t good for anyone, and I have already quoted elsewhere on here, Oxford at home on a freezing Saturday in January, might we’ll see me sat watching it on Sky plus….I don’t agree with that, but the club, the team, Sky, the economy will have an influence on my decision….

I think he was asking how on earth you ending up paying £200 a month for Sky.

2002 - beaten by the last great Brazilian team, man for man better than England.

2004 - drew with Portugal who were on home soil and lost a shootout.

2006 - star striker let them down by getting sent off.

Luck is involved in a lot of these things. The Southgate generation had a lot of very lucky draws where they didn’t meet a good team until the latter stages, when they always got found out. That team could’ve won something but 1%’s went against them. Doesn’t mean they were a bad side.

We should have won that Brazil game. We were all over them in the first half.

Was 2004 one of the two dodgy Sol Campbell disallowed goals as well?

  5. I've always thought if we'd bagged at Copenhagen away there'd have been serious injuries, was so tightly packed at the top at the stand with hundreds stood in the aisles. I couldn't actually lift my arms for most of the game.
