Leeds United (A) 3-1 - Post-Match Thread

Leeds Utd are massive and the best team in the championship. Didn't you know that they didn't get sorted until September and if it was August they would be top of the league and absolutely brilliant? Didn't you know that they have the best squad and the best manager in the league? I think that covers all that they can say. I'm with you it is a bit odd. If they were that big, they'd be in the premier League. All we can do is.... -

But the hard truth is that it doesn't matter how many points you acquire over a set time, it's a while season. Hard fact is that you're 6pts behind had a poor start, but now you have momentum. More points in a set time is not relevant to the big picture. -

But last year, we weren't creating chances, we weren't playing well, we were rarely (if ever) the better side. We were crap all over. There is a difference, just need to get better at closing the gates. I think the key is Ndidi. -

I don't think Enzo got it wrong at all, this is on the players for folding so easily. The subs were correct. Shame we didn't have Vards, the last 15 he was the sort of player we needed. Experienced, aggressive and would made them push back a bit. But overall, most of the game, the quality difference in the passing was clear. Their passes looked loose where we were more crisp and precise and got out of tight positions better. Not perfect, but sharper than they were. Just frustrating that we couldn't put the ball in the net again. Leeds celebrating like they've won the league. Let's hope our players remember that and this is our Arsenal moment, as they over celebrated like Arsenal do. It also proves that Enzo was right pre-match. It's was a huge, huge, huge game...for them and they celebrated like it was. -

It's so frustrating. Clearly we were the better side and should have been at least 2 goals ahead before they scored. 10 minutes of madness and luck for Leeds. They threw the kitchen sink at us and we crumbled The goal that was wrongly ruled offside was criminal, not booking Kamara for a rash challenge on KDH in the first half saved him from being sent off (even live score had him down as 2 yellows for a brief second )makes even more annoying. We were our own worst enemy, but that didn't help. Unfortunately after the last 2 games, I have a sinking feeling. Leeds basically playing all the sides in the relegation battle and we have some tough games against Sunderland, Hull, Southampton to name a few. This was a missed opportunity to stamp our authority on the league. -
Drinking red bull in the stands Injured yesterday training according to Enzo

Hes certainly been hesitant in the tackle. Awful refereeing.....again!! And he's supposed to be a top level. They all need to be retrained.
-
Daka's work rate is first class today. That header across goal was perfect. Same again Paston!!!
-
And sky will still say Leeds we unlucky, Leeds played well, Leeds were excellent. Blah, blah, blah.
-
I so want us to stick one to Leeds fans and Sky now.
-
And it's negatively brought up. He was desperate to find the negatives in us. 4 minutes on us 35 on Leeds. You're right it's lazy. Like they didn't do any research at all and picked up something from the internet to fill time. It's shocking
-
It's really embarrassing
-
It's a Leeds lovefest on Sky...sky have never liked us

You do know this is Foxestalk and not Only f**s
-
Hamza.... I would have started Vards for this one, and swapped out Justin as he looked shattered towards the end and made some mistakes tbh
-
It's what happens after you've suffered from Rodgers-ism for 4 years.

Leeds fans are giving it large on social media. Apparently the best team in the league, best squad in the league. Table doesn't lie. I would argue we have a better depth then they do. I really hope we beat them, tune down their arrogance a bit. As others have said, a Vardy winner would be a great finish. But I just can't see it, I'd take a draw.
