I think he prefers to use younger players so we won't be signing players like Ayew (if we can sign players ). This about it that I can think of. We needed to move away from pass for passing sake football, and this was a good time to reset that. But alas the club have shot themselves in the foot. Oh no, I agree and that is why I said it.

If he's coming to league 1, he'll be paid handsomely for it and I bet they have given him a budget to buy players. He wouldn't come in without that being an option. I am far from happy and it's not my choice but I support the club and don't want us to fail. We need to get out of this league. My worry is that he won't be given much head room for mistakes and it could go toxic very easily. Challinor would have been given more support by the fans and it's a brand of football I like.
