Some very disturbing views from some people on here - reactions to stuff, we see you and will remember.
The bloke had a wife and kids, let’s hope nobody celebrates your death when it comes around like that, honestly some fruitcakes about.
Please can you identify those celebrating, I have seen no such comment.

Absolutely stunned by this, the guy was happy to debate and listened to all opinions
Why are the left so damn violent when it comes to disagreeing with others ffs
Really, seems you have conveniently forgot about the murders of our own MP Jo Cox, or the more recent gunning down of the Democrat Leader of the House in the State of Minnesota and her husband. The violent closing down of political voices has never has been the preserve of either the left or the right in worldwide. To claim otherwise is disengenuous at best.

Has the club spoke about changing the away tickets system or not?
There was a "your 90 minutes" on the subject back in Feb, where the club reps seemed to be keen to make changes and there was broad agreement between them and the fans who attended. Heard nothing since unfortunately.

Maybe controversial and would be unpopular in some quarters ,but id be happy with a "free for all" for away tickets. Fastest finger first . Season ticket holders and members at the same time. 8 am on a given day. Yeah sometimes you will miss out, but everyone gets a look in. And if it doesn't sell out, open it up to booking history..
And maybe it would lead to some "fresher" away ends which is often talked about.
Looking at it logically, and some may disagree, season tickets relate to home games where obviously you are guaranteed a seat. Why should you then be allowed first dibs at away tickets. There will be members who attend lots of home games who dont get a sniff of away tickets.
Im speaking as a season ticket holder just for clarity but I've been on both sides of the coin.
You would then find no one would be going to Plymouth on a cold, wet Wednesday night in January as all the regulars have stopped going. There needs to be reward for loyalty or you would lose it.

An ISA is a basic govt approved (and encouraged) tax efficient savings tool. I get your point in where is the line to be drawn. I think it’s common sense. Anything that requires professional advice being off limits is the starting point.
Pretty sure many have been adviced by their IFA, to invest their money in ISSAs pensions etc.

If you’re in public office then you shouldn’t be avoiding paying taxes (which is legal). That should be part of the deal.
if that means we have to pay those people a bit more then so be it.it probably also means that we wouldn’t have wealthy people as public servants.
for the rest of us that’s what nearly all of us would do. Just because you have a few bob, doesn’t mean you don’t want to find ways around paying more tax. And that applies even more to those at the lower end. Although the amounts they save mean that there is no ‘industry’ created to assist them and the room for financial manoeuvre is limited in any case.
I am struggling though to see where the line could be drawn beyond what is legal. For example wouild they be alowed to hold ISSA's

Bell hotel injunction overturned
expect protests to increase
fwiw, it’s important that the Home Secretary regains legal controls that she should have. But maybe they could also announce that this particular hotel is no longer going to be used
Would that not simply be giving in to the protesters, making them more likely elsewhere.

Looking to pass my season ticket to a mates son for the brum game, the lad is only 10 so doesn't own a mobile phone, my mate is a season ticket holder also, do I just go on the website and select him from my linked accounts, send him the ticket, thus giving him my ticket to use for his son, as well as his own on the same mobile? Anybody in the know?
My understanding is that the lad will need their own account, and that ince you have transferred your ticket to that account, it can then be downloaded to your mates phone.

How do they care more when the result and performance is not important to them?
How the hell do you know how much the result matters to anyone, we don't all have to express our feelings to the players to care, some of us take a more considered view. So much disrepect on this site these for those with other views, my all means debate the issues but calling other happy clappers etc will not bring the fan base and players together, which is exactly what is needed at this current time. We all clapped the Wednesday fans a few weeks ago, the difference ourselves and them cannot be clearer. Wednesday players and fans are on exactly the same hymn sheet, where as we have all but given up on backing the players, not matter what. I can't imagine this is not having an affect on the likes of Monga, Page etc, certainly if I was them I'd be off at the earliest opportunity.

Real long shot but I’ve been let down last minute and my ticket has inexplicably not arrived in time for the game.
If anyone has a spare adults and lives in the Narborough area I’m willing to pick up and pay cash.Late notice but I was pinning my hopes on the ticket being here when I got back from work
You should phone the ticket office in the morning and they should arrange for you to collect a ticket at Deepdale

the end of the day the only way you will know if it works is by trying it. Screenshot it today and try and get in with it next game. If it doesnt you still have your 'live' ticket so it wouldnt be an issue.
I am confident they would work or what would be the point in issuing it so earlier if it was just going to change?
As i have said before it worked for the whole of last season as we did it every week pretty much, i dont have a season ticket this year so cannot check it.
That is how dynamic QR codes work, what sort of panic do you think fans would be in if they couldn't see their ticket until the day of the match?

How can you tell? All QR codes look the same to me.
Do you take a screenshot and then look at it again a day or so later? I’ll give that a whirl.I just wrote the number below it down, screen shot will do it but you will need to turn NFC off to do it.

yeah it will be a different one for each game but imagine now if you look at your ticket it will already have the next home game on there
I've had an electronic ST for three seasons, so I know that. The QR code for my ticket for Brum has already changed at least once since it appeared in my wallet.

1 hour ago, goose2010 said:
Sounds like they haven't updated the NFC style then.
So anyone sharing tickets, just screenshot the qr code and you will be able to send it on via WhatsApp or email.
Are you sure, my QR code has been changing on my phone.

This was a loophole 3 years ago..
It is not a loophole, a QR is there by design, for those to use if NFC is playing up. As far as I can see the code is now dynamic (or at least mine is), that was previousley a loophole as it allowed people to share, it doesn't look like that is the caee now.

Not that there are protests but repetition on the scale that has taken place has put tremendous strain on police resources particularly in London. A difficult balance between the right to protest and the gaps it leaves in other areas and cost to the public purse
The right to protest would be completly worthless without the right to do so regularly and repeatingly.
