Just chatting to my french mate who lives in Lille and asked him best place for tomorrow, He replied with this: Best place to spend the pre match is les 3 brasseurs, right in front of the train station Lille Flandres. Then you go to the stadium with the Subway (maybe 30min). There is nothing to do around the stadium

It just summed up the away end last night..sh**e. reminded me a lot of west ham this season, these stadiums just aren’t designed for atmosphere and were all spilt up in different areas.

Madrid away end, was one of the most disappointing ever..

Wimbledon semi final mentioned was one of the best. Also when we were in division 1, drew Fulham premiership at the time in the Cup, August 2008. We filled the away end, every fan there was loyal to the core, a midweek match in London, newly relegated to the lowest league we had ever been in, but we didn’t stop singing the entire match, in virtually an empty stadium. We were 1-0 down, but then 2 quick goals straight after half time put us ahead, que proper mental celebrations. Dickov jumped into us for the second goal! Went down 3-2 in the end, but I remembered Pearson, came over to clap us at the end and I thought fair play to him, he might be alright..and from that moment, its been a pretty decent 10 years!

Ha I get it now, you were spelling forest, that's my point! We need to get a rivalry with someone, forest don't give a f**k. I stopped even thinking about them, when at the city ground they sang to us 'we only care about derby' And all our fans started going crazy at them, it was just embrassing.

I don't get it, have u had to many leffes, we have no decent rivalry with anyone. All my time following England away, Chelsea fans have always had a attitude with us.

Really interesting there post about our rivalry with them. I don't condone footie violence, but watching city growing up in leicester, the best offs I have saw or was part of was against Chelsea. But they are perfectly right we never, ever turned up there. Shame really as it would have made our rivalry more tasty. Before I here all the moans, we need a decent rivalry with someone!
