You can’t criticise a LCFC Academy player on here 😂 I think Nelson will be a good player for us the lad looks like he could have it all.

I just don’t think he’s all that mate and looks lightweight to me. Everytime I’ve seen him and especially last night he don’t do it for me granted he’s only 19 and first proper senior football and in hope I’m wrong but for me I don’t watch him and go wow he’s going to be a star!

I will give him a chance if he plays for us like I do every single player that does! i didn’t see Nelson at Rochdale and Doncaster I’ll be honest but we seen glimpses of him the last 2 seasons didn’t we and obviously this season with Oxford! Nelson has a bad injury ( nowhere near as bad as Alves ) Nelson just looks class and ready where as for Alves he’s a winger and he just don’t excite me like other academy players have done in the past. I hope im wrong and he absolutely smashes it and makes me look a fool
