20 odd games last season ain’t to bad and we need 2/3 strikers so an experienced one in with 2 youngish ones is ok I’d think. We need a lot of players and some experience to mix it up.

Welcome Martin! we’re currently a league 1 team and in no position to get a more ambitious manager in. RM needs a complete rebuild himself so it’s just as risky for him. ( probably more ) give him the players he needs for this level and we will come straight back up! Even in the championship he will be a safer option than some have suggested. We’ve got to reset he knows this is his last chance in this country if he fails. The rangers job was horrendous no one can deny that! He seems a like decent bloke and if we get the championship Southampton RM we will be fine. plays youth players and like a few have said he recruits well.

I do believe Martin will get us out of league 1 given he’s allowed to get his own players in! He needs a rebuild and so do we. Him coming to league 1 is a huge risk more on him, if he don’t gain promotion he’s done in this country imo.
