Tactically we have not been good enough and I accept that argument and I am not in the belief for a second that Marti is doing a good job My main point is that I don't think any manager/tactics will make a difference with this group of players, who just won't turn up for any manager. And I do think he is trying to make players accountable and is trying to make changes (at least in personal)
