  1. This sort of statement is why there needs to be clarity. You might be right but you could also say "how is a fan advisory board meant to advise the club if it's represented by non-fans(the club)?" You would have club stooges advising themselves - if true. I don't know the empirical truth at this point and it doesn't seem like the authority on this can be expected to be reading this on Foxes Talk. Maybe it's the FSA? I don't want semantics and interpretation I want to hear facts and Motty is right - constitution is the word and an LCFC message board is not the forum for analysing such details contained within long PDFs
  2. No disrespect intended but you're referring to a potentially rare exception in Man Utd, and I named them in my original post so that seems like a very selective use of facts there. I wish I had time to look at the whole PL but I looked at the FAB composition of about 8 or 9 and there only a couple that were a hybrid of fans/club. I was after a rough indication of the wider picture to save me the trouble.
  3. I do appeciate the response but if you do a web search for "Fans Advisory Board composition" you will see what I mean. They generally comprise ONLY supporters representatives who of course advise and engage with their football clubs - see Everton as just one example out of many. It doesn't appear to be true that "no consultation would take place" otherwise supporter led compositions would not exist, and indeed they make up the most frequent FAB set up (and with good reason). It's probably unwise to debate this further on a messageboard but needless to say, at present I strongly disagree with your notion of how a FAB should be comprised, and you appear to have yielded early on to LCFC. Happy to stand corrected but for now I will watch with interest.
  4. Can someone more knowledgeable than me please explain or justify why the proposed Fan Advisory Board (FAB) should comprise 50/50 representation between supporters and club officials? LCFC and the FT have agreed this in principle and although not finalised I just don't understand this at all. It seems bizarre and the clue is in the name - surely it should be 100% fan? Yes the FAB and the club should work together but clearly as two separate entities, with distinct perspectives. I checked a few Premier League FABs and the majority don't seem to have ANY club officials, apart from Man Utd, and even they have a fan majority.
  5. This ticket has gone - I've given it away.
  6. I've got a spare in SK2 but I will need to upgrade it to an adult, unless you're under 10? 😃 I can print at home and I'm in Kirby Muxloe.
  7. I had decided not to bother upgrading my spare under 10 ticket to an adult as there was no guarantee anyone would want it. It was also safer writing off a measly £8 rather than risking £37 (including booking fee!). On reflection though, if anyone 100% definitely wants a ticket in the kop then I'll sort it and print it at home. Flexible on delivery options (I might potentially be able to drop it off, buyer collects or meet beforehand on match day, whatever)
  8. I've got an unwanted under 10 ticket in SK2 for the Bournemouth match. Can ANY prospective buyer upgrade it to an adult for example or must I do it because it has a member's name on the ticket (my Son)? I've always upgraded it first when selling it in the past. Face value is £8.
  9. Thanks very much, that is EXACTLY what I'm after! Lots of other great content on there too. Flipping marvellous
  10. I got everything else from online sources, including the BBC and NBC docs and so on, it's just this pesky one so if I could get a copy at some point that would be brilliant (and I would make a financial donation for the trouble). There is admittedly an element of OCD about this too. It is recorded and saved on my Sky+ box but I'm paying those jokers a tenner a month simply to use the box as a PVR and keep the recording. I made the schoolboy error of being slightly too drunk on the day we won the Prem so I need the footage to help me relive it! I won't make the same mistake when we win the FA Cup...
  11. It's a bit desperate this but does anyone have a digital copy of the 35 minute programme that was broadcast on ITV Central at 2240 on the 16th of May 2016 called "Leicester City-Champions Party"? I am binning Sky off soon and once I stop paying them then I won't be able to access this programme on the Sky+ box. I can't find this particuar one anywhere online. Failing that I will have to borrow a DVD recorder from somewhere and faff about with that. I doubt if anyone will reply and I know it's a real long shot but cheers anyway.
