I questioned today whether Soumare could play in that advanced number 8 role that N’didi/Praet played in today? Usually carries the ball reasonably well but let down by his defensive discipline. We won’t see it, im sure as he’s either off or not rated.

It does feel as though opportunities for Thomas and VK are going to be very limited. Certainly a loan for Thomas might seem in order.

Tbh I’m a very casual watcher of cricket but saw Leicestershire we playing on sky. Switched it on with Lilley batting, saw three balls and established that he is absolutely woeful, turned off. Never heard of him before that
