What worries me is the calibre of the players we can keep, or attract to the club if we do get relegated. Will be a completely different "summer reset" to anything resembling the one we were hoping for.

You cannot setup with zero attacking intent and expect to win games. We need to go toe to toe with these teams and instead we sat deep and look scared.

Knew we were always sitting deep when ndidi started. Can't afford to do this against a team like arsehole who'll constantly press for 90 minutes. It's ok to sit deeper if there's a creative outlet in the middle of the park, we had fcuk all. Game crying out for Mendy and tielemans to start in madders absence. WTF.

There's no comparison with that challenge and sabitzers assault on Faes. The ball had gone and his foot was still going up towards Faes knee. There was obviously never an intention to play the ball. The ref shit out of a decision to send him off( or even review var) because it was Man utd and at Old Trafford. Against Bournemouth away the same challenge would've resulted in them playing the 2nd half with 10 men, no doubt about it.

The frustrating thing is that we have been on the other end of the these things and haven't been so fortunate. Perez v West Ham was an incredibly harsh red card in my opinion and a similar type of thing. If Faes goes down screaming or our players kick off then a bigger deal would have been made of it.

Mendy has done well, but we can’t be drawn into thinking Mendy and KDH will be the midfield we need going forward. Had sabitzer been rightly sent off, the game would definitely have panned out differently. That and many other shit decisions had a massive impact on our performance in the 2nd half. When everything's against you including the referee, heads are bound to drop

Mendy has to start and shouldn't have been taken off today. Missed him massively in 2nd half. Youri and soumare gave us nothing.
