My only hope is that we end up messing up appointing Martin. 
Seem to remember that Potter was all but done and then within a few hours it was Cooper. 

 

I’m hopeful next season. 
All this talk of Hannah Waddingham, Lucy Pinder, Michelle Marsh and Sophie Howard gives me hope. 
Not about football but it certainly cheers me up thinking of them.

Sophie Howard was the one for me. 

The only positive I can see with hiring Martin is the slim possibility of having Pinder, Marsh and Howard in Leicester on a regular basis. 
Yes I am dreaming back to the glory days of Nuts and Zoo. 

There isn’t a fan base where Martin has previously managed that have anything positive to say about him. 
It’s the usual stuff that he’s an arrogant ego centric twat who won’t change his set up no matter how bad it is and will throw players under the bus rather than blame himself. 
If he’s hired we are destined for league 2. 
I’m amazed that we haven’t at least tried for Challinor. 
 

I would rather we hire someone with no previous managerial experience like Paddy McCarthy or someone with little experience but is a fans favourite like Fuchs than that arrogant ***** Martin.

I’m amazed just how much out of touch we are as a club. 
I’ll say I’m amazed but not in the slightest surprised. 

All I hope is that we are at least talking to other managers. 
It’s an absolute no brainer to at least talk to Challinor.

Martin was given the opportunity at Rangers for some sort of redemption and change his style of play. 
He didn’t and his arrogance and ego only knows one way of playing. 
Genuinely dread to think if he comes to us how bad defensively we’ll be. 
If you think it was bad last season it’ll get a whole lot worse with him if he joins. 
My only hope is that Martin’s ego won’t entertain joining a club in league 1.

So Liverpool sacked Slot on Saturday and have hired Iraola today. Less than a week to get a replacement in.
