I think Fabregas operated as the false 9 in 2012. He dragged the centre-backs all over the place and created space to run into. Who is our closest player to Fabregas?

Depends what your criteria is and how you want to get there (drive, train, fly). We went to La Norma in France, a few years ago, but we wanted to take the train and it was very reasonable, booking well ahead. We got the the Eurostar to Paris, then changed to get the train to Modane and a short bus transfer. La Norma is great for kids, they had beginner's lessons and we hired all equipment there, so we didn't have loads of baggage for the transfers. Aussois was somewhere else I looked at with the exactly the same transport and route. I reckoned at the time it was similar travel time to flying because of less time in airports, getting to and from airports etc, and with a more scenic route, but we are based in the south-east, close to Eurostar.

It will be interesting to see if more information about Andrew's role as a trade envoy are released. There were many suggestions over the years that he sustained his lifestyle by facilitating sales with arms dealers. Private Eye magazine, often mocked him for this, before his links with Epstein became public.

Four golds would have been just a bit too many though for a country with no snow and about 6 1/2 ice rinks.

He is and he wouldn't have gotten parliamentary support if he was still PM. Possibly just creating soundbites, but whatever he's up to, Johnson just serves himself and his own agenda.

I've always loved the Winter Olympics. I remember skiving school in 1984 just to watch Bill Johnson in the men's downhill.

My 15 year old has just told me he wants to be a firefighter, so that should be ok. In fact there will probably be more fires to put out due to rioting and people setting ablaze to robots.

Haven't seen them. Is he sitting on Shergar, singing a duet with Elvis?

It's a huge concern but similar problems elsewhere. 20% youth unemployment in China and fast rising graduate unemployment in the USA.

Looks like an appointment purely to keep us up then, which is what we need, but will the big earners take notice of him?

Real shame to lose Maharaj, not easy to get good replacements at this time of the year. Patel has a decent record and is at least used to bowling in similar conditions in New Zealand. -
Oh a great, tragic black comedy it is indeed. Alexander Skarsgard to play Jannick Vestergaard, Theo James as Harry Winks and Toby Jones as John Rudkin. Owen Cooper as Luke Thomas

While Frank is unrealistic, we might be able to pick off his assistant coach, Justin Cochrane. Very highly regarded and also part of Tuchel's, England coaching team. -

Well you would *hope* we are going to have to start somewhere, otherwise it will be many years of pain. But yeh, it's all conjecture anyway as he will get much better offers than here. Never the right fit for Spurs, he's too pragmatic. -

The club have always been a big fan of Frank and he was highly regarded at Brentford, it's not just their structure (one of my relatives used to be a board member at Brentford and testifies at how wonderful he is, what a good communicator he is and how popular he was across all staff). There's an outside chance he could fancy a project especially where he could start afresh next season with his own people, but far more likely he will wait for a higher level job, especially after Spurs finished 4th in the Champions League, which would have raised his profile further amongst European clubs. -
