Not what we've seen in previous games, as well as the formation, there was much less slow tippy-tappy at the back and we cleared long much more frequently, therefore ceding possession. Who was responsible for this? The other coaches, the players? I thought the formation allowed Souttar to commit to headed clearances more often, knowing he always had cover behind him.

You could revisit your GP and explore other avenues that might help, if talking therapy has not helped. Feeling loved and wanted gives us a surge of dopamine in our brains. You can try to replace that to some extent through exercise, eating certain foods, good sleep, laughter, sunshine etc. I know it's really difficult to dig ourselves out of these holes. I wrote down a plan of what I should be doing and tried to stick with it. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Surely it's free hit for any new manager now? Challinor or Edwards would enhance their CVs if we got promoted, but if they failed the narrative would be 'it's a basket case of a club'. Ideally you need to sign players with pace, athleticism and technique, but we've been signing players with none of those attributes.

Forest had 3 seasons in L1 (06-08) before they were promoted. Never finished lower than 7th though. Sunderland had a double relegation like us and it took them four seasons to get back to the Championship.

Coventry were relegated to L1 in 2012 and had to groundshare with Northampton. then they were relegated to L2 in 2017, so it could get worse. Man City were in the third tier, 98-99.

Burns' putting stroke is coming along nicely though on the Seagrave course. He'll knock a couple of strokes off his handicap by the end of that contract.
