  1. First off, very sad to see the state your club is in. Shocking to have been relegated with that squad. Big opportunity for a new manager coming in - it's outside the box, but I would recommend Patrick Vieira. He overall did a good job for us. And with the best squad in the division, as I'm sure you'll have, I think it could be a good fit. Needs to rebuild his managerial career ... i think it could be perfect for you. Whether he would go down to League 1 is another question.
  2. Gotta be in with a shout of Ballon D'or 2025.
  3. not quick enough, doesn't work hard enough, hold up play pretty poor ... the one positive attribute I would say is his finishing isn't bad. But yeah he's just a very very average player at this level, delighted to be shot of him.
  4. sorry lads ... he's ****ing dogshit.
  5. In fairness once Glasner came Olise/Eze/Mateta were fit for most of the games, and therefore obviously Ayew didn't play us much. Obviously I don't profess to know much at all about your squad, but just think he's a better player than you'd probably expect. Hey, here's one how about a buy one get one free ... Ayew and Schlupp!!
  6. Obviously if Palace were in for a near 33 year old forward with a record of 21 goals in 174 games I'd almost certainly have the same reaction to what I've read here. But in all honesty those stats don't remotely represent how important he's been to us over the last few seasons. He's the hardest working player I've ever seen without a doubt. His ability to win fouls is incredible. Yeah his technical ability is limited, but he has played a really really important role for us over many seasons. The first half of last season under Hodgson he was our best player in almost every game. The one player that really stood up and was counted in some of the most turgid shite football I've ever seen. I think if this was to happen, you'd end up being pleasantly surprised as he's a far better player than his goals to game ratio would probably suggest.
  7. congrats guys, look forward to the battle next season!
