  1. I see Leeds United are to ban the parents/guardians of kids who run onto the pitch after a match for 12 months from their stadium because it is breaking the 'Red Zone Area' that the pitch is supposedly part of. That's all well and good but what about the players that go into the crowd celebrating a goal? Cant see them getting any punishment and surely that is more of a concern and something all clubs should be stopping.
  2. Kick them out and let us replace them, after all half of our team are still in London from watching the darts the other night
  3. Happy New Year all. No doubt 2022 will bring us plenty of ups and downs but the main thing is we all do what we can for each other and send the same message in 12 months time
  4. I think he must be on commission for the amount of times he has mentioned block plan. £250~£400 It wont cost that much to knock the piggin' wall down!!! Luckily I don't get involved with planning stuff to often but I do know enough that they can make your life hell should you upset them. The annoying thing is the street it is on has had more building work done on it over the last few years that taking down just over 2metres of wall will go completely unnoticed in many peoples eyes and they have said that creating another off road parking space is invaluable. Surely in this day and age all they have to do is look on Google maps to see the wall and go from that.
  5. Thanks for the reply. We have seen that website and for £8 to get a block plan is not the end of the world, however, we have sent a site plan from HM Land Registry with the boundary marked in red. We have also tried to mark the section of wall we want to remove but with the 12 metre long boundary only being about 12-14MM long on the scale they want it in how are you realistically going to mark a 2.2 Metre section on said plan remembering they want it to scale We have gone back again to the planning officer asking the difference but all we get back is you need to send a block plan showing the section of wall you want to remove. How can you mark something on a plan if it is not on the plan!!!! At the end of the day no doubt we will end up getting a block plan and sending this off but it is so frustrating having to pay for something that we already have and do exactly the same thing and all of this is even before it is submitted for approval. We sent of the original application early November and had the first reply the week before Christmas, I dread to think how long it will take once we finally get it accepted.
  6. Is there anybody on here who knows anything about submitting a 'Block Plan' for planning permission? We are currently trying to apply to knock down a small section of stone wall to enable a driveway to be widened. To make it a little more complicated the wall itself is in a conservation area so we need to go about it the right way. We have sent photos and a 'site' plan to the council (Hinckley & Bosworth) but they say we need to mark it out on a block plan so they can see the exact position of the section to be removed and where it is in relation to the property etc.. Our argument is that a block plan doesn't show the wall and they are such a small scale that trying to mark a 2.2metre section of wall (that isn't on the plan) out of a boundary nearly 12 metres long is going to be virtually impossible as they want it to scale as well. We have sent photos of the area we wish to take down and even put the measurements of each part of the boundary i.e wall, driveway, wall, gateway but they insist we send a block plan. Obviously we need to try and keep them onside but its like you are up against it before they even put the application through. Any advice much appreciated.
  7. Couldn't you have left it at 'we have no defenders'
  8. My daughter works at a school doing the breakfast and after school clubs and she came home on her last day before Christmas with quite a few tins of beans and tuna etc.. so will be bringing what we have for sure.
  9. Just had an email from the club about pre-registering but its the same as what they sent pre Tottenham so if you filled that in that's the whole season covered. Assuming checks will be made on entry to the ground about each individuals covid status so get there early If you can as it could possibly be chaos
  10. Yep 45 minutes each half
  11. Glad its all sorted. I think you may be spending more time at home than you thought you would be doing over the next few weeks.
  12. Well I'm here. Where are you?? Where are you??, Lets be having you. come on
  13. What I can make out and from what people are saying on here is the form has your season ticket/membership/supporter number on it. Going forward potentially your season ticket or the ticket you bought with that membership number could be blocked, denying you access into the stadium. I think that's right anyway and filling out the form takes 2 minutes so not worth the hassle of not doing it.
  14. True. We even hate our fellow City fans, everybody that has ever worn a City shirt and even the guy who thought of putting a clapper on every seat.
  15. The form has been filled in and an email received so I'm not concerned. Just cant see how it will work Thursday night (assuming the game is still on) as 99% of people would have bought their tickets before this announcement so if they only go once in a while they simply wont bother.
  16. So surely if you don't fill it in you can claim you knew nothing about it? CONFUSED .COM
  17. So once you have filled out the plan B forms how do you prove you have done it? One account holder linked to me doesn't always go with us. Surely you wont have to show them an email with the self certification number on it and then show them your QR code. With me and technology I will be there 20 minutes myself doing that!!!
  18. Think you answered your own question there
  19. Slightly off topic but apparently the King Richards Road, Narborough Road and Tudor Road junction is closed because of a police incident so if you go anywhere near there possibly better to go earlier if you can.
  20. Still going down for a pie and a pint after 36 minutes and not getting served until the second half has started
  21. I've never done it but think go onto LCFC website, click onto tickets then hover or click your name on top right, should then come up with personal details. Click onto this and a box with Alerts comes up. it then gives you a click here to relist tickets.
  22. No the club are leaving the old fashioned wooden rattles on the seats for this game
  23. The extra £2 is for the local 9 year olds 'to look after the coach' for us
  24. Dunno but I've heard he lives in a right dump
