Correct, our game plan was correct at both Boro and Leeds, Enzo had the plan and it worked we simply did not / could not put the sitters away, it's frustrating as hell, and shouldn't happen at this level with our players, Daka whilst not totally incompetent and who played exceptionally well, is consistent with missing sitters of late, as well as Mavs, if we put the sitters away consistently, we win both matches, comfortably.

It's not luck when you concede 3 goals in quick succession, it's a collapse, we were unlucky that Dakas goal was disallowed, we were unlucky that Mavs and Daka missed 2 sitters, but we definitely collapsed with ten minutes remaining that's a trend that needs addressing

To be honest most of the abuse is aimed at those who dare to mention anything negative, in a constructive manner, but yes there have been some OTT negative comments as well with no content, supporters will either blindly follow looking at everything in a positive lite, or will pick away at what they feel is a continuing issue, my point is I acknowledge we played well for 70 odd mins, but we also collapsed in a big match, which we have a tendency to do against better teams. Emotions are running high I really wanted to beat these and thought we were going to, then the same old frailties kicked in, for me personally I am pissed off beyond belief at this, and in particular against a Leeds team that I didn't think were all that. But I have not been abusive to anyone that thinks different to me.

Pawson was dreadful yet again, as was the linesman, who called offside for Dakas goal, but as usual nothing will happen, I wouldn't be surprised if we didnt as a club say anything either, I know Enzo tried at the time, bless him, but it should and needs to be addressed, it 100% effected the outcome of the match which makes it more enfuriating.

People dont want to hear anything but positivity, which I get to a degree, no one wants to hear that 20 mins of yet another collapse against good opposition, and missing at this level, easy chances, we lost, but yeah for 70 mins we were great.

No one is saying we are, like I said a good performance for 65 to 70 mins then the same old frailties kick in, it has to be addressed, lovely football, great chances, then collapse and lose people are merely highlighting a reoccurring problem when playing against a decent team, I'm not being funny but I'd rather be Leeds celebrating a dodgy / lucky win whatever you want to call it, than us who are yet again pissed off at throwing the match with 10 to 20 mins remaining

Whilst I dont share his entire thoughts in his post, he does have a point on some of the issues, the match last night highlighted our continued weakness to see out a win and put away goals that at this level should be hitting the net we simply cant hide behind 70 mins of great football that means nothing we lost because of the same old frailties

I get that we played well etc for about 65 to 70 mins and can at least recognise that, but that does not excuse the 20 mins spell where we fell apart, it's a results based match this was an important match that exposed yet again our inability to score sitters, and maintain a lead, some called it prior to kick off it is a problem that needs rectifying.

Lol it's not about me, and I dont get paid thousands of pounds a week, at his level he should be scoring that, he also missed a sitter against Boro I like Daka by the way and thought he played well tonight

Daka did play well tonight no doubt and felt for him with that disalowed goal, but the way he scuffed that shot was horrendous, cant be missing chances like that.

I hate to say it, but I agree, I am hoping it wont rub off to much at the sharp end of the season time will tell I think the next 2 matches will be crucial

Sorry I appreciate you can see the good in tonight's performance, and admire you for it, but I just look at the result, personally if leeds had dominated, scored 1, had a goal disallowed, missed 2 of the easiest goals you could ever be gifted, and yet against the run of play, we managed in the last 20 mins to not only equalise, but score 2 more goals, I'd be happy as Larry right now, I'm just not feeling positive about losing, no matter how well we played for 70 or so mins.

It's far too early for this, yes the last 2 matches have been a wake up call, and tonight was an horrific final 10 mins, but can't see us losing like this again, if we lose the next 2 then time to worry.

If it was a friendly I'd agree with you, but it wasn't we lost the match end off in the last ten mins

You can't blame the officiating, we lost that fare and square, our finishing is poor to abysmal, and the collapse in the final 10 mins is now our trade mark against decent opponents, fair play to those who predicted this bottle job performance, because that's what it was in the final third, we will likely go up, but something has to change/ improve, frustrated at this and frustrated with the Boro match our own worst enemy

Honking and the problem is alot of our supporters on here predicted this!

Our inability to score has let us down, yet again, I am so gutted at this, we have fallen apart in the final ten and have allowed Leeds back in it, the last ten minutes has been a joke
