They couldn't give a shit about the club, fans, or history of the club, they are just doing the bare minimum, and in some cases not even that.
The only thing they're good at is enjoying the pleasurable side of Seagrave, theyre unfit, unmotivated, look like they cant be arsed, weak minded, not prepared to run till the very end, and worse of all no one holds them to account.
The only thing this particular team of players are good at is negotiating high wages ( not difficult with generous Jon handling the costs) and collecting the eye watering wages they get for week in week out shit performances.

Just listened to his post match interview.
Disappointed to hear him say the second goal killed the game. Retrospectively, you can see that but I hope that wasn't his attitude after 30 minutes last night. If so, that mentality just transfers over to the players and will do the exact opposite of instilling a never give up attitude.
That 'Foxes Never Quit' over the players tunnel, needs painting over
It means nothing to the manager or the players, it's an excellent phrase, and has meant alot to the fans and players in years gone by, but is lost on this current team, all they are interested in is a cushy time at the Seagrave Hotel and Spa, and collecting eye watering wages for sub standard performances, all backed up and supported, by the owner Top and DOF of the club. It's sad and a real shame

It’s because he’s not very good.
At one point, not that long ago, our back line was Chilwell, Maguire, Evans, Ricardo.
If the recruitment team were given the specific task of finding an alternative back 4 with the exact opposite ability of this they couldn’t have done a better job.
Every single defender at the club at present is a steaming pile of shite (Ricardo not included as he’s injured but i’m fully prepared for him to come back and be gash).
Yes Ricardo will be a shadow of his former self, great when he was at the top of his game, however he needs to be gone at the end of his contract, at this level we are lucky if he can string 6 or 7 matches without an injury that seemstolast for 3 quarters of the season...

Think he's lost the dressing room?
I thought this, our team is the pits and individually Mads is the only one for me who has any proffesionalism, there performances in matches are no where near what you'd expect, as most have said an unlikable group.
RVN has no experience how to deal with this, or any idea to improve it, things are worse we need a manager who can deal with the situation at hand.

I always think you cannot judge a manager until he has bought his own players in, does RVN get the chance
For me its a big NO, he has had a chance as manager, and chosen not to change things, to at least improve our chances.

Moyes has brought in 1 maybe 2 staff members to the existing Everton staff, and RVN has brought in Jelle ten Rouwelaar.
Moyes has bought in 1 player, RVN 1 player.
Just more excuses for a manager who is underperforming.

It will be interesting if/ when we go down who will stay / go, we def need to move a fair few on and look to the future we simply can't carry on with the underperforming players, on big wedge, keeping the bench warm:
We all know that those with long term contracts on good money ain't going nowhere, a couple of seasons in the Championship might be a necessity or the reality before we are fully ready for a reset, even then it may not happen if the board and scouting department remain in situ.

Could it be that both managers don't suit us or the players? And also the players aren't good enough? And the board have cocked up, repeatedly?
Summed up perfectly both managers not good enough, players not good enough, board responsible for both 👍

Bottom 4 have been cut off now.
Us, Wolves and Ipswich have all been terrible, and all it's going to take for one of us to pull away is stringing together a couple of wins and draws like Everton have.
Easier said than done but we are still somehow very much in this.
Not sure RVN and the team has the capacity or the courage it would be a small miracle, based on our performances to date, if they did manage it.

This is a Grim prospect right now, as it's going to be another loss, probably in the same manner as today and so on etc etc blah blah blah.
-
RVN is not the answer the stats prove that, but we are so poorly run, I doubt the owner even cares, its really fookin$ pathetic at the minute.

Played a better match today, the usual collapse, same old same old, we lose, this season needs to end quickly, we are down I just can't see us picking up any more points this season

RVN will have been briefed ahead of the press conference by the club. He's always been very careful with his words.
It's absolutely astonishing that he hasn't tried to pour water on it.. He knew exactly what he was doing!
Go on put your "Yellow Roll neck jumper on, be Ruud not too.

I can't believe there are people who are still suprised, banning loyal fans without evidence, tells you everything you need to know take the easy way out options.

It is true thought isn’t it. Just got to somehow try and survive for this season and hope to sign 4/5 quality players in the summer if we do stay up.
Which remaining matches do you see us winning to achieve this. I think we all know deep down we are relegated, the club dont give a shit, no effort or desire from the Top to the Players, to even stage a comeback or have any fight to stay up.

We will need these youngsters in the Championship, get them blooded now, 30 mins here 45 there, it will allow us to shift the crap, dont give a shit, deadwood cant be arsed, half hearted, over paid players we have now.
We really do need to look to the Championship rebuild next season the crap we have to put up with week in week out why not give us a bit more of a match by using players young and hungry for the Foxes.

Managerial replacements

But kept them in the Prem at our expense and through a difficult patch, I'm not saying he is the answer but we seriously can't be too snobbish about a replacement when we are literally on our arses
